1.) Recognize the source of your problems. Know that we are not fighting flesh and blood. (Ephesians 6:10-18), know that Satan and his agent are at war against whoever follow Christ, also recognize that if God love you and make you reliant, there will be opposition, the greater your glory, the bigger, you adversity.
2) Stand your ground. (Ephesians 6:10) hold on to God, keep standing, stand against bad things, do not yield to sin, do not rebel against God, resist anger, fear, evil thought, and sin.
3) Do not go beyond bible, be sure, the promises of God cover your requests. Asked God whatever you need. (John 14:13-14, Mark 11:22-24, Matthew 7:7), build the word of God into your spirit, be willing and be obedient to the word of God. (Isaiah 1:19), find the scripture that promised you the things you are praying for, believe in your heart, and confess with your mouth.
4) Do not live in sin: sin hinder prayer, examine yourself, judge yourself.
First Corinthians 11:31, sin reduce the benefit that God has for you, repent every wrong doing, and run away for sin so that you will have the best God have for you.
5) Correct yourself; don’t let your heart condemn you, do the will of God, follow all the word of God.

6) Run you race, do not doubt. (Heb. 12:1) run your race with perseverance, believe in yourself
7: Fight a good fight of faith. (1st Timothy 6:12) Faith always have a good report, cast all your burdens on Christ (1st Peter 5:7), He cear for you. Be doer of the word of God (Matthew 7:24-27)
8) Healthy Faith:
Think faith thought, and speak faith words, this will lead your heart out of defeat into total victory. (Mark 11:22-24)
Have sincere desire for what you are asking for.
For example Anna has sincere desire for baby, and she separate herself from enjoying the first, and go to the front of Eli to pray sincerely; (1st Samuel 1:13)

Choice: you have power to choose or reject any, for example the great commission is for all believers in Mark 16:15-18) Man can choose to accept or reject
Conclusion:
Remember your faith will make you whole, sincere desire of what you want, ask God in faith, nothing wavering, Know, and be sure that God’s word cover your requests, believe and receive it
Walk by the spirit and live by the spirit, allow the spirit of God to guide and direct you.it shall be well with you
